All medications, including over the counter and prescribed medications, that students may need during the school day or while on a school related trip require a physician order and signed parent permission, see ASD Medication Order.

Medication and the completed order form should be brought by the parent to the health office for administration.  Please contact the school nurse regarding emergency medication needed for severe allergies, asthma, seizures, diabetes and migraines.
