We have exceptional, one-of-a-kind programs, Outdoor and Experiential Education that includes a catalog of courses that get students involved in a myriad of activities including backpacking, fine arts, travel, water activities from rafting to SCUBA, biking, climbing, cooking and much, much more.
In Aspen School District we are committed to providing world class education for all our students. Aspen High School offers an International Baccalaureate diploma program with new IB classes, including IB chemistry, added for the 2023-24 school year.
We are pleased to announce that we now are an authorized IB Middle Years Programme, for middle school and we are pursuing authorization to be an IB elementary school.
We are fortunate to have the Aspen Education Foundation that generously supports and elevates the programs we offer at all our schools. We have outstanding community partners, including Theater Aspen, Aspen Flight Academy (yes, we have aviation) and we have a family resource center that is completely focused on helping children and families access a world class education while staying healthy and strong.
