To attract and retain new and veteran educators to the Roaring Fork Valley and to enhance their productivity by increasing their total ASD package through subsidized housing.

In accordance with the Bond language, the Housing Department is to prioritize teacher and administrator placement and strive to increase the number of units, improve current housing stock and maximize assets for greater impact.
