The Aspen School District rents out the use of our vehicles and drivers for private events, this service is available as long as it does not interfere with school events and routing. To receive a quote for your specific events, please fill out the form HERE.
Once the quote is agreed upon and finalized, we will then send a contract to secure your rental reservation. Upon signing of the contract, a 25% deposit is required to lock in your event.
The District also requires that each user provides us with a Certificate of Insurance listing the Aspen School District as an additional insured with event insurance. This insurance should meet the General Liability insurance in an amount equal to the monetary limits of liability set forth in the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act as now in effect or as hereinafter amended.
